Who collects your data

TOPPING INC. LIMITED (TPOAD), Hong Kong (“we”).

What we collect and whether you must provide it

• Optional: name, email, message. You can upload without them, but we may find it harder to tell who sent the files.
• Logged automatically: access times, IP addresses, upload/download activity. These logs are created whenever you use this page and are needed to run and secure the service.

Purpose

Optional details are used to identify the uploader and to contact you about the project; logs are used for security checks. We do not use this information for direct marketing.

Who receives it

• When you click “Tell TPOAD I'm done”, your name, message and the project name are sent as a notification to TPOAD's person in charge through TPOAD's business account with our third-party service provider Feishu (Lark);
• TPOAD project staff can see the uploader's name in our internal admin system;
• Data is stored on cloud servers managed by TPOAD.

Apart from the above, or where required by law, we do not pass it to other third parties.

How long we keep it

Access logs are deleted automatically after 185 days. Optional details (name, email, message) are deleted from this system automatically after six months.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, obtain a copy of, correct or delete your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to our use of the optional details (this does not affect processing already carried out). Email our Privacy Officer at contact@tpoad.com (subject: “Personal data request” plus project name), or write to RM18, 27/F, Ho King Comm CTR, 2-16 Fa Yuen St, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
