Security & privacy
TPOAD built this system and runs it itself. It serves TPOAD client projects only and is not open to the public.
Links can be withdrawn
Every link can carry an access code and an expiry date. TPOAD can switch a link off at any time and it stops working at once.
An extra lock for confidential projects
Authorized colleagues only; a 6-digit code sent separately, with a lockout after repeated wrong tries; links last up to 7 days; watermarked previews and an access log.
HTTPS throughout; confidential files encrypted at rest
Files are kept on a cloud server that TPOAD manages itself, with HTTPS throughout. Files in confidential projects are also encrypted at rest.
Please keep links within your project team. If a project needs confidential settings, tell your TPOAD contact before work begins.

Get a link
Your TPOAD contact sends a link, and an access code if needed. Open it on your phone or computer — no sign-up, nothing to install.

Send or watch
Drop files or whole folders to upload; interrupted transfers resume where they stopped. Delivered videos, images and PDFs open right in the browser.

Checked and filed
Every file is checksummed on both ends and filed into its project folder. When you are done, one click lets TPOAD know.
